If you’re a New client who doesn’t have a date booked with us – please select the “New Client – Rental Showing Request” and book a time with us for your showing.

Existing Clients:  If you’re looking to book your one-on-one with our Wedding coordinator, you can do so by selecting the “Existing Wedding Clients – Meeting with Wedding coordinator” request.

If you have an event booked with us and require a follow-up walkthrough – please use the “Existing Clients – Walkthrough Request” option when booking a showing.

We kindly ask you to cancel your showing ahead of time if you’re unable to make it. We often open the venue just for your showing, getting the space ready to show it. We’d appreciate you letting us know if you’re unable to attend and/or need to reschedule.
