Weekday Rental

$1,000/day

Perfect for Corporate seminars or training sessions, concerts or pop-up events of all shapes and sizes – our unique venue is yours for the day. (Available Sunday - Thursday)

All of our Weekday rentals incluide:

  • 6AM Access to the building

  • In-house Sound System

  • Event Manager on-site / on-call for your needs

  • Bartending Service (if requested)

  • Glassware (From the Bar)

  • Use of the Kitchen to store your food

You can bring in any catering company of your choice at The Rope Factory.  We do charge a $350 kitchen rental fee to the catering company upon approval.  If your catering company doesn’t need our kitchen to prep food, just to store it — no fee will apply.

Tables, Chairs and Linens rentals are extra — let’s discuss your needs.
