Weekday Rental
$1,000/day
Perfect for Corporate seminars or training sessions, concerts or pop-up events of all shapes and sizes – our unique venue is yours for the day. (Available Sunday - Thursday)
All of our Weekday rentals incluide:
6AM Access to the building
In-house Sound System
Modular Stage (various configurations available)
Event Manager on-site / on-call for your needs
Bartending Service (if requested)
Glassware (From the Bar)
Use of the Kitchen to store your food
You can bring in any catering company of your choice at The Rope Factory. We do charge a $350 kitchen rental fee to the catering company upon approval. If your catering company doesn’t need our kitchen to prep food, just to store it — no fee will apply.
Tables, Chairs and Linens rentals are extra — let’s discuss your needs.

Half-Day Rental
$500/half-day
Want to use our space, but don’t need it for a full day? We offer limited half-day rentals based on availability. PLEASE NOTE: Our half-day rentals are only available Monday - Thursday before 5PM. We do not offer half-day rentals on Weekends.
Any events over 5 hours will be considered a full day rental @ $1,000/day
Tables, chairs and linens (if required) are extra - prices vary based on choices.
Access to our in-house high quality sound system w/ wireless microphones
Modular stage available if needed (various sizes)
Coffee & Tea service available at additional cost
